Obituary of Margaret Kaminsky

Margaret Mary Kaminsky (June 24, 1941-March 8, 2024)

Margaret Mary Kaminsky, 82, of Tucson, Arizona died on March 8, 2024.

She was born in the Bronx, New York in 1941 to Charles and Margaret McEnroe. Margaret attended the Academy of Mount Saint Ursula before attending Bellevue Nursing School and then  went on to work on the maternity floor at Bellevue, the OR at Morrisania Hospital and then Westledge Extended Care Facility.  In 1978 Margaret moved to Tucson with her family and began her 31 year nursing career at Tucson Medical Center. During that time, she graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Counseling.  .

Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Margaret McEnroe, her sister Patricia McEnroe and her sister Katherine McEnroe.  She is survived by her 5 children, Margaret Garrett, Donna Wissmiller (Jack), Matthew Kaminsky (Kara), Mary Muratore (Michael), Mark Kaminsky (Elli), 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. 

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 14th at 10:00 a.m.at St Pius X Catholic Church, 1800 N. Camino Pio Decimo, Tucson, AZ 85715.
