Obituary of Mary Ramirez

Mary “Lecha” Ramirez (born Mary Cadena) of El Paso, Texas, passed away peacefully on March 5th, 2024, in Tucson Arizona, at the age of 87. Her family was everything to her and was by her side. She was a happy and compassionate individual who took care of everyone around her. Her bright smile and beautiful spirit lit up every room she was in.

Lecha is survived by her children: Leo Jr., Vivian, Robert, and Sylvia. She was proceeded in death by her mother, father, siblings, husband Leo, and daughter Lucinda.

The viewing will take place on Sunday, March 17th, from 4-6 pm at Brings Funeral Home (Address: 6910 E Broadway Blvd Tucson, Arizona Phone: 520-296-7193). Services will be held on Monday, March 18th, at 10am at St. Augustine Church (Address: 192 Stone Ave Tucson, Arizona 85701 Phone: 520-623-6351), with an 11:30 burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery (Address: 3555 N. Oracle Rd Tucson, Arizona 85705 Phone: 520-888-0860).

Lecha Ramirez will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her kindness and generosity will never be forgotten. May she rest in peace.
